Christmas VillageIn the run up to Christmas, Moher Hill Farm is a hive of activity, as some of Santa’s favourite elves move into the barn to use it as a workshop. The younger elves attend school while the older elves busy themselves making toys, with the North Pole post office to post your letter, the live crib and animated snow scene. Moher Hill Farm is the place to spend Christmas.
To make sure everything is going to plan, Santa regularly visits Moher Hill Farm. He is made feel right at home in a wonderful Christmas Grotto, where children are invited to visit him, to receive a gift and have an individual chat with the jolly man himself.
A Visit to Santa at Moher Farm
To begin your family will receive food to feed the animals, you will then walk through the magically lit up pathways to meet all the animals, who are all snuggled up in the Animal Barn. Here you will have an opportunity to feed the llama, alpaca, ostrich, miniature ponies and donkeys. The children will also be able to feed Rudolf the reindeer and test out and take a photograph in Santa’s sleigh before he takes off on Christmas Eve.
Each child will receive a personalised Elf Certificate when visiting the farm. Once they undergo Elf tasks they will be certified in becoming an honorary Elf at Moher Hill Farm.
As you make your way to Santa’s Grotto you will get an opportunity to pop into the North Pole Post Office to post your letter to Santa, no stamp required!
Santa himself will be sitting snugly in his Grotto, here your family will have a private audience with Santa to tell stories, take pictures, sing songs as each family wishes.
Afterwards the children will have an opportunity to bounce in the bouncing castle, slide into the ball pool or whizz around on the indoor go-karts.
The adults will be able to relax with a complementary glass of warming mulled wine, tea or coffee and a homemade seasonal mince pie.
